Further evidence shows the effectiveness of Matrix therapy for the common musculoskeletal condition of Plantar Fasciitis (PF) which is associated with difficulty in performing daily activities. The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of a single session of Matrix Therapy for Plantar Fasciitis.

Conclusion: A single session of Matrix Therapy treatment was found to be effective in reduction of pain, improved skin temperature and functional activities in patients with plantar fasciitis.

We normally recommend a course of 3 treatments for this condition whereby most patients are completely pain free and have no further problems.
